We believe in a close relationship with our customers and that we ensure we meet their requirements on every job we do. In these days of increasing pressure to minimise production stoppages or to quickly install new equipment, MPPS treats each job as a project and nominates within our company a single point of contact for communication with the customer.
The MPPS Project Manager has responsibility for ensuring the requirement; scope and timescale of each contract we undertake are clearly defined, understood and agreed by both MPPS and the customer. Our Project Manager will also ensure that any MPPS sub-contractors understand and comply with the project requirements; and will also liaise with any third party organisation (e.g. safety) nominated by the customer.
The project management service has been designed to take the stress out of the equation for the customer and to ensure timely completion of the project to the agreed requirements.
