Midland Power Press Services Ltd put the safety of both their employees and visiting members of the public high in their list of priorities. In order to ensure the highest standard of health and safety at all times, Midland Power Press Services Ltd implement the following health and safety policy.

Safety and safe practices on and off site greatly contribute towards efficient and better quality work.

Though the Management accepts responsibility for all its health and safety, it is apparent that each member of the workforce shall make sure of his/her own safety and those who will be affected by his/her actions or omissions.

Midland Power Press Services Ltd will keep an efficient monitoring and record system to enhance the working environment and will always take all reasonable practicable precautions to ensure the health, safety and welfare of its employees at work and will provide:

• Clear and safe methods of work.
• Safe plant, facilities and working conditions.
• Adequate training and information programmes on safety.
• First Aid, fire extinguishers, accident book and necessary protective wear and
  equipment.

All employees are expected to read, understand and conform to this policy and to comply with all relevant sections of the "Health and Safety at Work Act".

Mrs J.Stevenson in her capacity as director responsible for safety asks all employees to co-operate and implement all safety precautions and measures recommended and enforce safe practises in all aspects of their work.

The company will make sure all recommended policies and/or recommendations made by the Safety Advisers, manufacturers and health and safety Executive will be supported. The company will update this policy as often as required, making sure all employees are aware and well informed of these policies.
